It is a common scenario that a Facilities Manager has been called to an internal meeting and needs up to date information on the contract status, from Qualitative Reports, KPI Compliance or General Overview. The TemcoUK Download Centre provides all that and more, tailored to each individual client.
At the heart of TemcoUK’s systems is the e-platform based TemcoNet, a client portal giving access to an astonishing range of information, from general TemcoUK accreditations to client specific data. The e-platform contains all contract information, fed and updated through operatives using a tablet in the field. Information from accounts, etc is added to complete the data assimilation. This gives TemcoUK the ability to improve productivity, enhance quality and realise significant cost benefits, but it also gives clients access to that information in reports accessed through the Download Centre.
