Cleaning hours are calculated using our bespoke productivity based quotation tool. We are operationally efficient and have higher than average industry productivity, giving you a better return on your investment.

Temco will create a tailored cleaning specification – this is a living document that we regularly review with you. To meet the specification we then create detailed schedules for all members of staff. Both documents are shared with you and can be amended at any time if circumstances change.

We invest in technology and incorporate innovative solutions, and our equipment fleet is covered under a comprehensive service and repair contract to minimise downtime.

To minimise wasted expenditure, we adapt cleaning solutions around factors such as office occupancy and usage.

Giving secure, instant access to contract information and enabling FMs to view contract documents. Examples include health and safety, key performance indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA) and budgetary details.

We conduct regular audits using smart cloud-based software – these are shared immediately for instant feedback in pdf format. This includes images and scoring and can be tailored to your specific reporting requirements.

We have significant experience of TUPE. We always work professionally with your staff to ensure that any operational changes are discussed and explain any changes which may result from switching cleaning providers.
