We bring our expertise to provide bespoke solutions to reduce the spread of contamination, these can be incorporated into existing cleaning regimes or as a standalone emergency service.
Temco has invested in state-of-the-art mobile technology to ensure fast, targeted disinfection of common touch points in the workplace. The specialist chemicals we use are accredited to be effective against coronaviruses.

Effective Products
We have carefully selected products which have been approved by our strict internal Health and Safety process. All have the necessary endorsements – EN14476 for example.
EN 14476 is a European standard for virucidal effectiveness, independently tested and proven to kill coronaviruses (existing enveloped viruses) and a range of pathogenic viruses including Influenza A (H1N1, Swine Flu). Products proven to be effective against coronavirus will have passed EN 14476.
Health and Safety
Health and safety is our highest priority and we adhere to, and often go beyond, legislative
regulations.
- Task and Site specific Risk And Method Statement (RAMS)
- Onsite Health and Safety briefing before work starts, all team members sign RAMS
- Appropriate PPE identified and worn
- Appropriate Health and Safety control measures, including signage
The Team, Equipment and Products
- All are vetted, including for Right to Work and are employed direct by Temco (no agency staff)
- All wear the easily identifiable TemcoUK uniform
- All equipment is modern, well maintained and compliant (including a valid PAT test)
- All equipment is clean and sanitised upon arrival
- Safe, specialist and suitable professional products will be used
- Trained and experienced Supervisor or Manager will be on site

Tailored Solutions
If you have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in your office, or just want peace of mind for your staff, we can quickly and efficiently deliver a range of sanitisation services.
For reactive services, we will quickly respond to exactly what you require in the areas that have been identified as a contamination risk. Our mobile team can swiftly be on hand with fogging equipment using a specialist anti-microbial disinfectant.
For preventative virus control services we have a wide range of options. These include microbial semi-permanent surface coatings which protect for up to 180 days, fogging with products that give residual protection for up to 28 days and anti-viral plates and door protection.
Post Cleaning Report
You will receive a deep clean report shortly after the work has been completed. We use cloud-based software to demonstrate health and safety procedures are in place and to capture images taken during the sanitisation.
