All staff are DBS checked and these are tracked on our management system to ensure the correct documentation is in place at all times. ID badges can be provided, either Temco branded or integrated as part of your access control system. All staff wear smart uniform for easy identification and are fully trained before they can work on site.
Temco is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and students with whom we have contact, and we work in line with your local protocols to ensure our staff are adequately trained and understand the process.
We work flexibly with local teams to adapt cleaning schedules to accommodate changes in daily requirements, for example after school activities such as parents evenings and open days.
At the start of each new academic year we would jointly agree a bespoke deep cleaning and periodic schedule to provide thorough cleaning of tasks which cannot be undertaken during term time, such as carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance. These are usually provided by the cleaning team supported by our specialist periodic team.
We conduct regular audits using smart cloud-based software, and these are shared immediately for instant feedback.
